Directions:

Promote wellness across your whole body, and reduce your day-to-day aches, pains, anxieties, and mental health issues by taking 1 Softgel per day, depending on the severity of your pain points.

 For example, if you have reactive hip inflammation that rears its ugly head every few hours, then we would recommend taking two Softgels per day until the pain subsides.

 However, if the pain is only mild or infrequent and doesn’t disrupt your routine too much, then we would recommend only taking 1 Softgel per day to give you clarity and freedom of movement to go about your day in peace.
